    I liked the design and the finishing level of the rooms. Money value was really good.

    Parties in the night club were so noisy and loud although I was staying at the 12th floor.

    The hotel is excellent value for money and the staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with terrific views over Jabal Amman and Shmeisani Area! There are lots great bars and restaurants in the hotel and nearby.

    The location and it new hotel in amman

    I never will go there again, the staff very bad and dont have any experience on 5 stars hotel , I dont know how they accept to work there , I think even 1 stars hotel can't accept them.they charge my staying there twice with my credit card , 2 hours to do check out cos dont know how fix the system , they have many managers but no one can help u only with word sorry , really chock how 5 stars hotel with staff really bad !!!

    Trendy, cosmopolitan, and fresh as it just opened one month ago (November 2012) Key highlights: 1- Tallest hotel tower in Amman (30 floors) 2- Cool roof bar/lounge/swimming pool 3- luxurious and trendy: room designs are fashion oriented with a fusion of red and grey colors 4- Spotless and very clean 5- Location is very convenient and central next to business district, restaurants and cafes One of the newest properties in Amman I highly recommend it for couples going on a city tour and business travelers.

    1- Average food, average breakfast selection (nothing that would water your mouth for) 2- Had issues with hot water in room 3- Pillows weren't comfortable But all are minor issues.

    I felt completely lost upon checking in since we were not shown to our room. The security staff was unfriendly. When I ordered food through room service, the delivery person barged into my room uninvited.

    Location is really great! Nice decoration: simple but design. Big and comfortable bathroom. Good Room Management System of Air Conditioning, Lights, Make-Up Rooms, Laundry Request, & DND. Excellent bed linen, soft and very clean. Reasonable price for Amman! I will certainly choose this hotel again if coming back to the city.

    Main restaurant staff need more training and preparation! Lack of product knowledge!!

    Modern Features and furniture

    New Hotel... We stayed while the Hotel did not yet open !!!! Room service menu is a photo copy! Safety box still to be operational! Taxi / hotel limiosine not possible yet! We felt like being used for Pre-test excerise... Booking,com SHOULD not except such hotel listing...

    The staff was attentive, especially during breakfast with constant drink refills. The food at the Lebanese restaurant was delicious, improved with live music. The room was spacious and well-maintained. I felt welcomed here 😊

    The welcome on the arrival was more than excellent, the desk concierge was very helpful at all times, all in all - an excellent hotel with great staff and service, we will certainly be back as we have family in InterCon, we use to stay at the InterCon but have now found somewhere less stuffy! Welll Done.
